H2O Consultants provide Third Party Certification Services of Passive Fire and Smoke Systems for new and existing construction. Our simple, tried, and tested process provides our client with advice, ongoing quality assurance, guaranteed compliance and an effective and smooth handover of project or building.

Providing a Passive Fire & Smoke System meets all required standards and is fit for purpose (determined by visual inspection, surveying, and testing) our team will issue certification and provide all documentation. If there are any non-conformances we will advise and provide recommendations to have your building compliant.

Our Third Party Certification Service includes; Inspection, Survey, Testing, Maintenance and Certification to the current AS1851. All works conducted by Inglis Fire and Safety are carried out correctly and are certified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant codes and Australian Standards. We assist our client to meet all requirements and various regulations.

Flynn Hotel

311 rooms located centrally on the Cairns Esplanade, extending through to Abbott Street Cairns.

The development of Flynn consisted of both the demolition of existing structures and the development of two towers housing a mix of hotel rooms and suites. The two towers meet via a podium level that will offer additional “guest only” facilities.

Flynn is home to an extensive food precinct that’s open to the public and accessible directly from the Cairns Esplanade. The amazing glass swimming pools a first to Cairns.

Flynn offers exclusive facilities, including:

  • Boardwalk Social Public food Precinct

Riley Hotel

Riley = 311 room, 5 Star, located at the Northern end of the Cairns Esplanade boardwalk. 

The development of Riley consisted of both the refurbishment of the existing hotel structure and the development of a separate freestanding glass tower, unlike anything seem in Cairns.

Riley boasts 256 rooms across the existing 7 storey hotel and 55 suites through the new 12 storey glass tower.  An impressive 311 rooms in total.

Cairns Hotel located at 59 The Esplanade, Cairns.

Located at the beginning of the Esplanade Boardwalk and Dining Precinct.

The development of Cairns Hotel consisted of adding an additional 3 Levels to an existing Building.

76 Boutique Style Rooms and Suites with an Amazing Rooftop Restaurant and Bar with expansive views over the Cairns Lagoon and the Coral Sea.

 

A challenging Project where Tenants on the Ground Floor within the existing building were to remain Operational at all times.
